What can I do with Web Meeting?

With Web Meeting, you can collaborate in real-time with colleagues, customers and partners by hosting web meetings. Web Meeting is ideal for giving presentations, product demos and document collaboration.

Does Web Meeting include voice/audio conferencing?

Yes, Web Meeting includes free audio conferencing at no additional charge. The conference dial-in number is a US telephone number (International Dial-in Numbers are not available at this time).
Note: US Long Distance charges will still apply to callers.

Is there a Free Trial of Web Meeting?

We provide all new users with a 30 Day Free Trial of unlimited web meetings using Web Meeting. During the Trial Period, users are limited to hosting one web meeting at a time with up to ten attendees.

How is Web Meeting billed?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Experess. You can subscribe to Web Meeting on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. We provide a 10% discount for all pre-paid annual subscriptions.

How do I cancel my Web Meeting account?

You can cancel your account at anytime by emailing us at sales@centraldesktop.com.

Where do Attendees Join a Web Meeting?

Invited Attendees to a Web Meeting may join by clicking on the link you send to them via email or instant messenger or by clicking the "Join a Web Meeting" link on the home page.
